Follow Maxine Burkett blogging from Copenhagen and the COP on http://islandsatrisk.org/.  A recent post, “Side Events, Relocation, and Other Interesting Tidbits,” discusses whether there can be “climate refugees” legally.  She also reported on China’s research into “per capita access to the atmospheric commons (in other word emissions will be shared equally amongst all global citizens rather than the current state of affairs that allows developed countries citizens to have vastly greater emissions than their counterparts in the developing world).”
